The location was great. it was just outside the inner stadt. my room, the double room, was clean. the staff were helpful. They answered all my questions.
the tv system offered only a few international news stations. there were no sports stations available. the desk area in my room was very small.

My room did not include a refrigerator. there was no clock in the room. I missed having that. the air conditioning system did not cool the room until late in the evening. it would have been helpful to have a fan

i appreciated the friendly staff, especially maria at the front desk. the breakfast in the redecorated dining room was wonderful. the room was comfortable and it had a deep bathtub.
the room did not have a refrigerator, so there was no space for personal items. there were no ice machines and no vending machines at the hotel. the air conditioning did not cool the room until late.

the hotel has excellent restaurant facilities for dinner and i found them convenient. the redecorated dining room appeared beautiful and made breakfast a pleasant experience. i also noticed a bar area with comfortable seating.

the room was well equipped and clean. the bathroom included a deep bathtub. i saw that the hotel provides tv with cable channels, although i did not use them much. there was also a desk.

the room was smaller than i expected. also, the air conditioning was not very effective during the day. i missed having a refrigerator to store personal items. standard keys were a bit bulky to carry around.

The staff was friendly at reception. The hotel had a historic feel. Breakfast included a wonderful selection. The Opera House was about a 15-minute walk from the building.
The room size was smaller compared to US standards. Standard keys are in use, and they are bulky. The TV had only a few international news stations available in English. There were no sports stations available.
